In order to maintain our status, as a Dave Lennox Premier Dealer we must utilize this customer satisfaction program and must meet minimum standards for performance. Survey results are available online to us 24/7, providing immediate feedback and an opportunity to address any issues. Customers of Littleton Heating and Air Conditioning are strongly encouraged to participate in this process. Those customers completing a survey are automatically entered into a monthly drawing for $500. We know from recent studies that trust is even more important than price to most consumers, for this reason, building and maintaining a reputation for trust and reliability is absolutely essential to the success of our business.

BEFORE THEY WERE TO BE HERE, WORE BOOTIES TO KEEP MY HOUSE CLEAN, AND WHEN THEY LEFT YOU COULDN’T EVEN TELL THEY’D BEEN HERE EXCEPT I NOW HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. NOT ONE PROBLEM.
